Structural Biology of Protein Interactions
Lee Lab
We are interested in protein interactions in biological processes. Special emphasis goes to the interactions in intracellular trafficking and amyloidogenesis. Structural biology tools such as x-ray crystallography and spectroscopy as well as biochemical and biophysical techniques are used to study protein interactions and their biological implications. Proteins of interest are involved in human diseases including neurodegenerative diseases, cancer and AIDS.
The Lee laboratory is in the Department of Biological Science, SungKyunKwan University (a.k.a. "SKK University"). The campus sits in Suwon, a suburb of Seoul, the capital of the Republic of Korea.
